Tatevik Gasparyan graduated from Yerevan State University, faculty of Geography with excellence.

For 10 years she worked as a teacher of Geography at school No. 140.

Since 1993 till 1996 she worked as a researcher at the Research Institute of Pedagogical Sciences of the Ministry of Education and Science.

1995-2005 she taught at the Academy of Finance, since 2005 to present at the Crisis Management Academy.

1996-2011 worked at the Ministry of Education and Science occupying different positions.
Since 2009 till 2011 December worked as the Head of Division of Policy Making and Strategy for VET of VET Department.

Since 2011 December she occupies the position of director of National Centre for VET Development at the National Institute of Education of at the Ministry of Education and Science.
T.Gasparyan has been expert and representative of the Ministry of Education and Science working within the activities of many international organizations: ETF, UNDP, DFID, IREX, etc.
She is author of 15 scientific articles, methodical manuals, training programs, etc.

ASHOT SAHRADYAN

   Graduated from the faculty of Economy of Yerevan State University with the qualification of economist. He has worked in Vanadzor State Technological College; at first as a teacher of economy, then deputy director in line of educational affairs. He has been the director during 17 years. He has been the deputy director of the National Center for Vocational Education and Training Development of the National Institute of Education since 2008 up to present.

Participated to the "Greek language and international cooperation" two-month international student-program in Ioannina, Greece.
Worked in the informational web-site www.tert.am, as a translator of international and regional news.
Participated to the trainings for VET institutions' directors and teachers, as a co-trainer, organized by "INWENT" Dutch organization.
Ani Hambardzumyan is an author and co-author of several educational researches.

    Graduated from the National pedagogical institute of foreign languages named after V. Bryusov. Then she has worked as a foreign language teacher, a responsible secretary in "Delovoy Express" newspaper, a head of curriculum in Armenian relief fund of America.
    She has been a management board member of the special vocational school N 2 of Abovyan.
    For the improvement of professional skills she has participated in trainings, among them "The system of monitoring service activities in VET", "Principles for development of national educational standards" in the framework of "Social partnership in VET of Armenia" program by the European Training Foundation.
    She has carried out trainings for the members of management board in Yerevan state college of trade and service named after N. Achemyan.
    She has actively participated in a number of seminars concerning VET.
    She has been sent on a mission to Denmark in the framework of the program "Study visit of Armenian professionals for the issues concerning the middle vocational education and social partnership".

LUSINE KARAKHANYAN

Graduated from the faculty of computing science of Yerevan Polytechnic Institute with the profession of electronic computers, with the qualification of engineer-system technique.
Then she has been a head clerk, a chief specialist in line of social welfare in the republic committee of "Physical education, sport and tourism". She has worked in the University of Management and Informational Technologies as a deputy dean and a lecturer in the department of "Information and planning".
She is a management board member of the State Industrial-Pedagogical College of Armavir.
She is an author of ten scientific articles, one of which is the patent of the invention. She prepares scientific thesis.
    For the improvement of professional skills she has participated in trainings, among them "Strategy development of distance learning" and "Introduction of means, methods and management of distance learning" by German InWEnt-international capacity building organization, "The system of monitoring service activities in VET", "Principles for development of national educational standards" and "Social partnership in VET of Armenia" by the European Training Foundation.
    She has carried out trainings for the members of management board in Vanadzor State Technological College, in Gyumri State Architectural College, in Ijevan State College and in Eghegnadzor State College.
    She has actively participated in a number of seminars concerning VET.

She has been sent on a mission to the Republic of Czech in the framework of the program "Study visit of Armenian professionals for the issues concerning the middle vocational education and social partnership".

MARIAM PETROSYAN

Now she works parallelly in Yerevan state college of light industry as a lecturer on "Basics of Law".

GAGIK MKRTCHYAN

Graduated from the faculty of geography of Yerevan State University. He has worked in the geographical faculty of YSU as an assistant, in the institute of geological sciences of National Academy of Science of the Republic of Armenia, then in the centre of ecologanoosphere researches of National Academy of Science of the Republic of Armenia as a junior and leading researcher. He has participated in a number of scientific meetings (Yerevan, Moscow, and Tallinn).
He has been a lecturer in Yerevan State University and a teacher in the schools N 72 and 164 of Yerevan. He is an author of more than two dozen scientific articles, textbooks and methodical handbooks.
For the improvement of professional skills he has participated in trainings, among them "The system of monitoring service activities in VET", "Principles for development of national educational standards".

KARMEN KHARIBYAN

Graduated from the Department of Defectology of Yerevan State Pedagogical University after Kh. Abovyan, getting the qualification of defectologist, logopedist and teacher of mentally handicapped children.
1989-1996- worked in the psychological-rehabilitation center "Aralez" as a psychologist and speech therapist.
Since 2000 has worked in many schools as a logopedist. Now she also works in the 176th school in Yerevan.
